We at Huddlestone are proud to produce high yields of quality food from our beautiful farm overlooking the Sussex South Downs. Our highly dedicated team working in a modern environment, aim to maximise yields of high quality food, whilst ensuring high standards of animal welfare whilst caring for the environment.

Our 1400 acres currently supports eight families and supplies over 8000 litres a day of milk; 1000 tonnes of bread making wheat a year: 200 tonnes of Oilseed rapeseed (which will produce over 85,000 litres of vegetable oil) a year; 500 prime lambs a year; as well as beef and mutton.

We aim to breed the modern Holstein cow which is a high producer with good functionality, disease resistance and has balanced conformation. We have our cows independently classified and currently have many cows from generations of highly scored animals.
